ABOUT THE JOB…

 

As a Recruiter EMEA, you stand out by excelling at talent identification, attraction and assessment as well as your commitment for providing an unforgettable candidate experience. You develop deep partnerships with our business stakeholders and with our colleagues in HR and Business.

 

The responsibilities include:

 

  • Work closely with our hiring managers to hire top talent for various business groups within EMEA
  • Handle the application process end to end with our multi-method diagnostics approach
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience for all applicants
  • Leverage your strong excel and critical thinking skills to problem solve as well as create relevant reporting for your business
  • Support projects which will drive process improvements and innovation

 

 

ABOUT YOU…

  • Fluent in German & English
  • University Degree
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience fast-paced environment, ideally inhouse recruiting
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing, identifying and assessing talent 
  • Detailed knowledge of the European talent market
  • The ability to lead projects to successful conclusions – balancing efficiency with quality 
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
