Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain modular campaign template(s) that are responsive and incorporate brand standards and best practices.
· Own development of email campaigns. Including automated campaigns, newsletters, and product recommendations. Build highly dynamic campaigns using HTML and AMPscript.
· Develop and optimize email template portfolio for continued A/B testing, mobile optimization, and dynamic personalization according to business rules and logic.
· Perform QA testing using email testing and analytics platforms such as Litmus to ensure segmented audiences and content are accurate and rendering properly across different devices.
· Partner closely with Marketing and Engineering teams, to turn compelling and personalized email notifications into reality.
· Set up, test, and report results on sweepstakes opt-in landing pages on the website.
· Execute email setup and deployment via SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) – must have strong grasp of all functions within SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and provide seamless walkthrough/overview.
· Manage and segment audience data using the various Marketing Cloud and CDP tools (audience builder, data extensions, API, filters, queries, etc.).
· Troubleshoot campaign development issues including template rendering, accurate links, accessibility, subscriber lookup, etc.
· Leverage SFMC tools and scripting languages to update content and enable dynamic content/personalization.
· Serve as the Technical Subject Matter Expert of the Segment CDP (Customer Data Platform) – must have strong grasp of all functions within the CDP. If no prior experience with Segment, candidate must be able to quickly gain deep understanding of it.
· Partner with Marketing channel leads to facilitate omnichannel consumer journeys via the CDP. This includes creating audiences, journeys, and connecting sources and destinations to the CDP.
· Assess performance of digital omni-channel journeys/executions through timely KPI reporting. Partner with Marketing channel leads to identify and drive optimizations.
· Responsible for process and systems to manage data quality, ensuring production data is correct for each campaign.
· Collaborate with analytics & marketing teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making.
· Fully participate in all training initiatives and activities.
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years, HTML, CSS, Responsive, Email, CRM and/or Email Coding
· Knowledge of CRM platforms: 3+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
· Salesforce certifications a plus but not required
· Experience with Litmus/other testing platforms
· Use Marketing Cloud scripting languages / AMPscript.
· Develop all email templates and promotional content within production schedules
· Knowledge of results-driven email metrics, specifically A/B testing and KPI tracking.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications, specifically Photoshop
· Set-up automated email templates, queries and reports focused on improving the consumer experience.
· 2+ years experience with Customer Data Platform, Segment is preferred
· High level of ownership of responsibilities, forward thinker, always working towards elevating brand opportunities.
· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
· Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in an entrepreneurial, deadline-driven environment.
· Possesses strong business ethics and is reliable.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Impeccable documentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
