QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and Selenium to join our team. This role involves both manual and automated testing for eCommerce web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with software development teams and business users to ensure seamless integration of customer-facing applications.
Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive functional, regression, and performance tests to ensure full test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using Jira and Test Rails bug tracking tools. Work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams and leadership to understand new features and develop effective test strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium java-based framework to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Salesforce commerce cloud experience - running scripts to crawl the site, testing accounts, and checkout.
• Business manager knowledge - know how e-commerce works and how salesforce sites are set up to be able to test changes.
• ADA knowledge and accessibility testing experience .
• Experience with testing in Console Service, Service Call, and Field Service. Be able to test orders, work orders, and cases, based on different levels of permissions.
• Participate in code reviews and coordinate with offshore testing teams.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
• MuleSoft experience is a huge plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+  years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium for automated testing.
• Experience with OMS (Order Management System) testing
• Programming skills in Java and/or JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
