Position Overview: The Replenishment Planner plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless supply of finished goods to meet customer demands. This role involves developing and executing a delivery plan that optimizes inventory investments while maintaining high service levels. Reporting directly to the Supply Planning Manager, the Replenishment Planner proactively monitors and adjusts plans to address potential disruptions and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize a finished goods delivery plan to balance operational efficiency with inventory turns, ensuring maximum customer order fill rates.
- Proactively manage supplier delivery performance to minimize discrepancies between expected and actual delivery times, ensuring continuity of supply.
- Ensure alignment of finished goods delivery and inventory plans with customer needs, preventing any interruptions in supply.
- Analyze sales forecasts against actual sales to identify and address variances that could impact inventory levels and fill rate performance.
- Monitor and improve customer on-time/in-full (OTIF) delivery performance, identifying and mitigating key drivers of performance issues.
- Drive supplier performance to achieve industry-leading lead times and inventory turns.
- Enhance supplier relationships by establishing clear performance standards, leading improvement initiatives, and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Product, Quality, Inventory Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Support the new product planning process by integrating finished goods planning requirements into product launches.
- Translate production and purchasing plans into accurate inventory projections that meet inventory turn goals while ensuring plan execution.
- Identify and implement supply chain efficiencies across both physical and transactional processes.

There are no direct supervisory responsibilities for this role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field required.
- At least 3 years of supply chain experience required.
- Experience directly engaging with and managing suppliers.
- Experience working in a global supply chain environment managing replenishment and suppliers based internationally and domestically (US, Asia, Europe).
- Demonstrated success at problem-solving, decision-making, and managing ambiguity within a business environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask required.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems; experience with SAP preferred. Experience with SAP S4 HANA and IBP is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required.
- APICS CPIM certification preferred.
