Summary:

Weber-Stephen is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the management, implementation, and enhancement of our HRIS, primarily focusing on SAP SuccessFactors. The HRIS Specialist will work closely with the HRIS Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the system's efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the administration and optimization of Weber-Stephen's HRIS, specifically SAP SuccessFactors. 
  • Support the configuration and customization of HRIS modules to meet organizational requirements. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems, ensuring data integrity. 
  • Assist with data maintenance tasks, including data entry, updates, and integrity checks within SAP SuccessFactors. 
  • Provide technical assistance to users, diagnose and resolve issues, and support training sessions as required. 
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry trends to contribute to system enhancements. 
  • Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between HRIS and other systems. 
  • Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. 
  • Support the implementation of new HRIS modules or functionalities. 
  • Assist in preparing and delivering reports and analytics using SAP SuccessFactors tools. 
  • Support system adjustments to meet global functional requirements. 
  • Provide advisory support to HR stakeholders on system feasibility and enhancements. 
  • Facilitate training programs to empower employees in utilizing HRIS effectively. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors. 
  • Understanding of HR processes and technology. 
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret HR and technology-related documents. 
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. 
  • Familiarity with people analytics and data visualization is advantageous.
