You will work with the Business users, IT analysts and IT applications team to help develop BI Solutions, dashboards, reports and other visualizations to solve our needs. You will learn about the systems and applications used at Weber to analyze the data and develop solutions. You will take part in enabling, developing and supporting on-premise and cloud technologies, cloud API provisioning and maintenance. You will also use several BI tools to create reports and dashboards for the business. This is an important role encompassing Weber's global systems and projects that use SAP, Microsoft, Snowflake and other advanced analytics and reporting tools.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Business Analytics Team, Key Stakeholders and Applications Team on projects
  • Independently manage the project's different aspects, including outlining scope, defining goals, and coordinating resources to implement.
  • Provide analysis of the data required for analytic requests from the business to determine where the data is located. Develop the requirements/calculations of data.
  • Design, Develop build visualizations and reports based on the user requirements
  • Review all reports for data accuracy and Provide support through data validation on newly developed or supported reports
  • Work with the team to develop and support both cloud and On-Premise integration and error reporting solutions
  • Use and examine current transformation technologies such as XML, JSON, CSV and SQL
  • Learn new technology to support the strategy
  • Train the users on new reports and technologies
  • Enforce organizational standards relative to system enhancements, changes and issues.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation to assist SAP BW developers and users in designing and effectively/efficiently using the solutions developed.
  • Accomplish use cases, test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure system changes are aligned with requirements
  • Provide knowledge transfer/support to users
  • Enterprise integration technologies and API-led architectures, JSON, XML, SQL, and Java would be desirable.



  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology or related field
  • 5 years of work related experience in BI, data extraction and analysis.
  • One year related experience and/or training around Data Analytic tools and analysis.
  • Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
