Summary:

Weber is looking for a creative producer for the internal Creative Studio. The role is based in Seattle, and is a hybrid between in-office and WFH. The Weber Creative Studio is a dynamic strategic partner in support to all Weber’s business activities and is part of the Central Marketing Team. The Studio is globally responsible for the ideation and implementation of ad campaigns, video and culinary content, packaging, retail, digital design, and much more. Primary Responsibilities: 

  • You have a flawless understanding of the creative development process in all its forms (print, digital, video, social media, etc.).
  • You have great organizational skills finalized to project management.
  • You can work with business counterparts as well as creative peers to drive alignment on priorities.
  • You can tell a good creative brief from a suboptimal one and know how to work with brand management peers to improve and raise the bar.
  • You will work within the creative ops team to drive optimal resources allocation.
  • You understand and know how to monitor budgets burn rate
  • You are comfortable working with ambiguity and reign in projects with little guidance, creating project timelines and deadlines, ensuring all participating parties and departments are completing tasks efficiently and on time
  • Manage external vendors, including a high volume of photography and video crews
  • Manage and track internal and external budgets relating to art production
  • You call, drive and recap creative reviews with all stakeholders.
  • You naturally develop and foster close relationships with various teams to ensure all needs are met on a consistent basis.
  • You are open to some travel (no more than 10% of time).

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a creative production management role where you were responsible or co-responsible for overseeing high volume full-scale creative production campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the creative production process, what talent is needed to accomplish deliverables, digesting creative briefs and assigning tasks to the appropriate talent.
  • Experience defining and managing project budgets.
  • Ability to foresee road bumps and propose creative solutions to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Be an authentic, zero-ego team player that truly enjoys being part of an amazing team.
  • A mix of in-house and creative agencies experience is not required but highly preferred.
