Summary:

The Compensation Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation programs. This includes base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs. The Senior Compensation Manager will also work with senior management to ensure that compensation strategy and programs support the organization's business objectives, meet all legal requirements, and deliver value and equitable pay.

 

This will be a 6 month contract role with possibility of extension. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation programs that are fair, equitable, and competitive.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and administer performance management programs.
  • Work with senior management to develop and implement compensation policies and procedures.
  • Stay up to date on compensation laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to compensation analysts and other compensation professionals.
  • Manage full life cycle of annual compensation planning processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is a plus.
