Management Assistant EMEA

As Management Assistant EMEA (f/m/d) you provide general administrative support to our Senior Management in EMEA. You help them to stay on top of their schedules and ensure the prioritization of their commitments.



  • Plan, organize, and manage your Managers calendar while applying judgment with an understanding of priorities and urgencies
  • Handle Manager's correspondence and support in administrative tasks like travel bookings and expense management duties
  • Provide administrative business assistance for your Managers
  • Organize meetings including scheduling, preparing agendas and presentations
  • Take ownership of selected Office Management tasks and support in the day-to-day running of the office



  • Completed studies or commercial training
  • Experience in working in an administrative role supporting on senior management level
  • Strong comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Confidence in communicating with multiple stakeholders and Senior Management
  • Organizational talent with the ability to multi-task
  • Professional and discreet appearance with a positive charisma
  • Hands-on mentality combined with high-quality standards
  • Very good communication skills in English and German
