Summary

This team member will be monitoring production, Quality, housekeeping and safety of work area.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following, other duties may be assigned.

  • Runs daily production schedules.
  • Sets up areas according to production schedule requirements.
  • Completes knowledge of Junior Material Handler position.
  • Fills in for shortages of labor on the inspection line.
  • Active with troubleshooting and continual improvement of the process.

 

Attendance/Punctuality

  • Is consistently at work and on time.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand entire day.
  • Continual movement and lifting of weights to 30 pounds.
  • Adherence to all Safety requirements and Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

 

Education and/or Experience

  • Weber-Stephen Products, LLC. Forklift License.

 

Language Skills  

  • Must have great communication skills to communicate with team members and all levels of management.  
  • Must be able to speak and write English.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
