We offer an exciting position at our state-of-the-art office in Berlin (remote possible) with regular team and grilling events and the possibility to become a real grill master. As Brand Manager WOS EMEA you successfully steer the advanced development of our retail mono-brand concept consisting of stores and grill academies on EMEA level. You support the implementation of the concept for our Weber Original Store new openings. You work closely with our external partners to find the best solutions for the implementation of our concepts. You have strong business acumen and drive traffic, conversion rate and sales. You help to develop retail marketing measures (on/offline) and monitor the market trends in Europe.



  • Full responsibility for the development of our mono-brand-store concept
  • Development of permanent & new opening EMEA toolbox for retail marketing to implement in different countries (to drive awareness, traffic, sales, conversion)
  • Development of Multichannel (on/off) approach for brand stores
  • Development of the right customer journey
  • Development of a next-generation strategy for the establishment of new stores in the markets
  • Support to country counterparts in the store establishment process of new stores (Sales & Marketing)
  • Consultancy to internal and external partners on how to increase traffic, conversion rate and sales figures
  • Consultancy for our Weber Store partners to increase the overall business.
  • Monitoring brand store and retail trends in EMEA
  • Support to internal counterparts for acquiring new store partners



  • Profound retail experience
  • University Degree, focus on Business Administration is a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strength in building trust and working relationships with different levels in the organization
  • A person with extensive exposure to a diverse working environment
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel up to 20 %
