Summary:
We are seeking a Global Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between our creative team and our commercial and product teams. They’ll oversee all advertising and design related projects for our internal creative team, including product packaging, digital, video, social media, print, etc.
The Global Creative Project Manager will report directly to the Group Creative Director and work closely with various team members, our creative team, and our internal cross functional departments, including strategy, marketing, social and influencer, innovation and product development and direct to consumer. The ideal candidate is a leader. An outgoing and confident presence with an eye for detail and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Someone that thrives in a fun, fast paced, and dynamic work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage and lead multiple creative workstreams for both global and regional projects

Create project timelines that articulate all steps leading up to major project milestones and final deadline(s).

Monitor and adjust project scope / timings / deliverables as appropriate.

Route creative deliverables for review/proofing/approval, as needed.

Traffics/documents final assets.

Manage and balance project & creative workloads

Clearly communicate project status, actions needed and next steps

Provide proactive solutions when challenges or conflict occur

Create and manage asset tracker on team workload and deliverables
-
Identify process improvements as well as develop and implement new processes and procedures

Communicate effectively to update team members on project status, flag potential roadblocks and answer questions

Create presentations and reports to communicate projects or statuses

Actively participate in design thinking while orchestrating and executing several projects and continuously improving processes, quality, and efficiencies

Participate in or lead key meetings/reviews to help with advance planning and needs, working to provide crossover support between departments for upcoming key milestones

Proactively collaborate and innovate to solve problems while using creative strengths to support growth.

Routes creative deliverables for review/proofing/approval, as needed

Uphold brand standards when collaborating with partners

Develop asset management and distribution process for internal and external stakeholders, including management and organization of DAM
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, marketing, or related field preferred

Minimum of four years of project management experience within a creative agency or in-house creative studio

Previous experience with project management software (Asana, Workfront, Smartsheets, etc.)

Ability to learn quickly, understand and apply new technologies

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a plus

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, takes initiative, and anticipates problems before they arise

A steady hand able to handle the pressure filled moments with grace

Superior ability to communicate with energy and enthusiasm – with both the creative team and across departments

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Experience developing schedules and timelines for multiple projects – and hitting deadlines across the board
