How will you impact the team-

 

As a Wet Sprayer you will apply the coatings on all our grill components. To ensure that they are well coated and ready for the next face in operations.  

 

What will you do-

 

  • Attends all Tier 1 meetings
  • Apply coatings evenly through manual and automatic applications by using spray guns to wet coatings
  • Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment through data collection methods and procedure standards
  • Performs quality tests by visual inspection, maintaining control settings and pressure of spray gun(s)
  • Monitors quality of production by self-check, successive check and comparison to quality standards
  • Meets or exceeds production department quality standards
  • Active with troubleshooting and continual improvement of the process
  • Performs preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Rotate to all positions within the Cell
  • Maintaining housekeeping, 5s and other duties as assigned

 

Tools needed to thrive-

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent or 1-2 years of Manufacturing Experience
  • Ability to work Independently
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Be a Team Player
  • Attention to Detail
  • Time Management
