Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports operations on all material flow issues in order to meet schedules and customer requirements. 
  • Support upgrade of SAP system with configuration analysis, data compilation, best practice methods 
  • Compile and Analyze Inventory Reports across all production facilities 
  • Optimize Material movement flows  
  • Optimize Material storage by analyzing volumes, configuration and proposing best fit 
  • Manage returnable packaging fleets among internal and external supply material flows 
  • Perform Capacity analysis for internal storage  
  • Interface with Engineering to assure support of production line configuration and rates. 
  • Perform Workflow analysis 
  • Interface with Inventory Control Team to ensure master data compliance
  • Ensure storage configuration is optimized to support production  

 

Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Strong presentation skills 
  • CAD experience preferred 
  • Strong understanding of WMS, SAP, APO, IBP, Hana 
  • Act as SAP Super User within functional areas as assigned 
  • Utilize problem solving methods, communication, and leadership skills to provide support to other internal departments and customer personnel, in resolving open issues within all areas of the business to continuously improve quality and productivity. 
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement 

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
